The following is a reformatted version of the potion chart compiled
by zakna@shaw.wave.ca.  I think it better demonstrates the blending
procedure required.

MM6 Potion Mixing Chart         B = Blue, R = Red, Y = Yellow, T = Temporary

B        = Magic Potion           = +10 spell points
R        = Cure Wounds            = +10 hit points
Y        = Energy                 = +10 to primary stats (T)

BR       = Cure Poison            = Cure Poison
BY       = Resistance             = +10 resistance (T)
RY       = Protection             = +10 armor class (T)

BR+B     = Bless                  = Bless for 6 hours
BY+B     = Super Resistance       = +20 resistance
BY+Y     = Haste                  = Haste for 6 hours
RY+B     = Stone Skin             = Stone Skin for 6 hours
RY+R     = Heroism                = Heroism for 6 hours
RY+Y     = Extreme Energy         = +20 to primary stats (T)
BR+BY    = Restoration            = Cure all except dead and stoned
BY+RY    = Supreme Protection     = +20 armor class (T)

RY+B +B  = Essence of Intellect   = +15 Intellect and -5 Might
BR+BY+B  = Essence of Personality = +15 Personality and -5 Speed
BY+Y +R  = Essence of Speed       = +15 Speed and -5 Personality
RY+R +R  = Essence of Might       = +15 Might and -5 Intellect
BR+B +Y  = Essence of Accuracy    = +15 Accuracy and -5 Luck
BY+RY+Y  = Essence of Endurance   = +15 Endurance and -1 from all others
BY+B +BR = Essence of Luck        = +15 Luck and -5 Accuracy
RY+Y +BR = Divine Power           = +20 levels (T) and +1 age
BY+B +BY = Divine Magic           = +100 spell points and +1 age
RY+Y +BY = Rejuvenate             = Remove all aging and -1 to all stats
BR+BY+RY = Divine Cure            = +100 hit points and +1 age
