Even though this wasn't as tough as some of the other ones, there was alot of typing involved and many hours spend on this FAQ. So the rules are simple. You are free to use this FAQ to help you in your game. But please don't steal it and say that you wrote it. Yadda yadda yadda blah blah blah. If you're a webmaster and want to put this on your FAQ on your site please email me and ask for permission. Also if you have something to contribute to the FAQ please sent it to tatewaki_kuno2@geocities.com with the subject as Summoner Info, if not it will probably end up in the trash. Now one last thing, my time is very limited and I don't have time to teach everyone how to play this game. This may sound harsh but after my last FAQ (Ultima Ascension) I got flooded with questions that could easily have been answered just by reading the game manual!! So before you email me with a question, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE MANUAL!! With that said I hope you find this FAQ informative. 1.1 Version Update 11-3-2000 Initial Version Added Masad Village Added Items Added Skills 2.0 Walkthrough 2.1 Masad Village Items: 2 Worn Katanas, Revive Scroll, Recovery Tonic, Healing Draught 2 Healing Tonics, Cleansing Tonic, Tristan;s Libation, Aesik's Sword, Blue Pants, Leather Boots, Cloth Gloves, Studded Boots After watching the intro you'll find yourself in the Masad Village, which just happens to be on fire! Follow the tutorial. The first person you'll encounter will be Mulik. Once you've talked to him nearby you'll find Aesik. He's dying and will ask you to give his sword to his nephew Earis, whose somewhere Lenele. This is your first quest. After you talk to Aesik, just wander around the village searching all the barrel, boxes, dead bodies and sides of houses for hidden items. Around town you'll find Oreniain Scouts. There pretty simple to defeat. As your wandering around the town you'll find a stable. Inside is Madrah who will tell you to leave the village and get to Lenele and give you a Healing Tonic. To leave the village you'll need to find the bridge in town. That will lead to a boat that can get out outta town. At the bridge you'll find 3 people Khag, Uvala and Nath. Nath open the quest to find Yago in Lenele. He also tells you about a Barbarian across the bridge. You'd think for the size of his that he'd be harder than he really is. He does hit harder than the scouts but you shouldn't have too much trouble with him. Once you've dispatched the Barbarian head for the boat. Throughout the game you'll see these yellow lines. These lines are meant to signify the change in level. Once you cross the yellow line its off to Lenele. Watch the small narrative and then you'll find yourself on the world map. In the lower left corner is a compass. The red part is which way your facing. Head south and you'll find Lenele. 3.0 Items 3.1 Weapons Name: Short Sword Value: 100 gp Damage: 35 Speed: 1.00 Skill Req: Sword Description: This weapon causes small amounts of damage to foes Name: Worn Katana Value: 20 gp Damage: 25 Speed: 0.63 Skill Req: Sword Description: This well-used sword inflicts small amounts of damage upon foes 3.2 Armor Name: Studded Boots Value: 300 gp Protection: 10 Speed: 1.00 Skill Req: Heavy Arm I Description: These boots offer very good protection for the wearer's feet Name: Cloth Gloves Value: 100 gp Protection: 5 Speed: 0.95 Skill Req: none Description: These offer some protection for the wearer's hands Name: Leather Boots Value: 20 gp Protection: 3 Speed: 1.00 Skill Req: none Description: These boots offer minimal protection for the wearer's feet Name: Blue Pants Value: 200 gp Protection: 4 Speed: 1.00 Skill Req: none Description: These offer some protection for the wearer's legs Name: Tunic Value: 20 gp Protection: 7 Speed: 1.00 Skill Req: none Description: This tunic grants good protection to the wearer's torso 3.3 Magic Name: Revive Scroll Value: 150 gp Charges: Resurrect (1/1) Description: A scroll inscribed with the revive spell Name: Recovery Tonic Value: 100 gp Charges: Regenerate(1/1) Description: This potion greatly speeds recovery from damage Name: Healing Draught Value: 100 gp Charges: Heal (1/1) Description: This potion heals small amounts of damage Name: Health Tonic Value: 500 gp Charges: Heal (1/1) Description: This potion heals moderate amounts of damage Name: Cleansing Tonic Value: 400 gp Charges: Cure (1/1) Description: This potion provides some relief from any ailment natural or magically induced.
