this is just to help out all the people who can't figure out where to get what and when to go 
get it ^-^

Accessories are listed from left to right starting with the 1st row, 
quite a few of the accessories can be found in multiple places, so I'm not going to 
name them all, just some of the places they can be found.

Accessories:

Fire Charm: Lvl 9, 10, & 26 of F.R.
Ice Charm: Lvl 12 of F.R.
Anti Hemo-ji: Lvl 16 & 30 of F.R.
Healing Charm: Lvl 17 of F.R.
Silk Belt: Visiting the Forest Spirit after getting each guardian stone/major event and at the 
           end you'll get the belt
Magic Card: Kill the wizard at Palencia Castle Battle
Insomnia Card: Lvl 4 & 31 of F.R.
Power Gauntlet: Lvl 6 of F.R.
Kaiser Glove: Get from Arc's mom at start of game
Phantom Gauntlet: Lvl 28 of F.R.  or  Win 200 Tournament Battles
Sunglasses: Lvl 8 & 29 of F.R.
Hit Scroll: Lvl 34 of F.R.  or  Toyoke Forest
Throw Scroll: Visit Forest Spirit after getting the Hero's Crest  and/or  visit Forest Spirit 
              after getting Iga
Deity Fist: Lvl 35 of F.R.
Violet Necklace: Lvl 20 of F.R.
Necklace: Lvl 46 of F.R.
Payer Beads: Defeat Amaidar Monk at Amaidar Temple
Senior Bandana: Palencia Castle Warehouse Battle
Whirlwind Bandana: Win 40 Tournament Battles

Goddess Amulet: Get from Water Guardian after defeating a certain # of enemies in Water 
                Guardian's request sidequest
Power Wrist: Lvl 15 & 25 of F.R.  or Palencia Castle Elevator Battle
Diel's Fang: Lvl 47 of F.R.  or Win 120 Tournament Battles
Monster's Fang: Defeat all the monsters at Amaidar Temple
Sea Breeze Harmony: Lvl 19 of F.R.
Shell: Lvl 37 of F.R.
Unicorn's Horn: Lvl 14 of F.R.
Tragedy Glasses: Recieve when you get the Wind Stone
Mirror: Lvl 18 & 36 of F.R.

Confusion Amulet: When the Water Guardian asks for the favor go to the surrounding battle fields 
                  and do battle in each area once then go back to the Water Shrine
Armor Stone: Defeat Illusion Lord in the Illusion World - Thanks to Ghost 140 for the info!
Romancing Stone 1: In Touvil after Arc's house burns down the Right Back Wall
Romancing Stone 2: Must read each of Arc's father's letters that are left in Arc's mailbox - 
                   visit the mailbox after each event
Romancing Stone 3: Get when Gogen joins your party
Romancing Stone 4: Lvl 50 of F.R.
Sun Hat: Lvl 44 of F.R.
Book of Flower: Lvl 40 of F.R.
Book of Cravis: Keep talking to one of the officals at the Tournament and he'll give up the 
                book eventually
Music Book: Lvl 21 of F.R.
Monolith Crest: Get the 1st set of Trivia Questions right at Amaidar Temple
Yukari's Crest: Lvl 23 of F.R.
Flay's Crest: Lvl 11 of F.R.
Hero's Crest: 1st meeting with the Forest Spirit
