Technically, it isn't a sequal, but a kind of spin-off of MML. I guess you could call it a prequal to Mega Man Legends. It stars Tron and her family- Teisel, Bon and the Servbots- in their own game, with little or no mention of Maga Man. Now I know your probably thinking, "Not another Mega Man game". Well first, Mega man has nothing to do with this. Second, I think that the Mega Man games are some of the best out there. They, along with the Resident Evil series- also by CAPCOM-, are the Final Fantasy of the Action/Adventure Genre. It is a mission-based game, or so it seems, in which you are given missions to complete with different levels of difficulty. The purpose of these missions is to earn enough Zenny to back the loan to Mr. Loath. I don't want to give to much story away in the walkthrough, so I'll just tell you what you need to succeed. It comes with a Demo CD of Mega Man Legends 2, I will not mention anything about it as this is about Tron's game, not his. The loading time may remind people of Final Fantasy VI on Anthologies. But it doesn't bother me, it's worth it. Some people thought that the case the game comes in is ugly compared to the Japanese case. I haven't seen the Japanese case so I don't know what it looks like, I do like the U.S. case however, and I really don't know why people thought it looked ugly. When I say "Complete Missions" I don't mean all 3 Levels. If you look at your save, it says how many you have completed. Each Level is considered 1 mission. ________________________________________________________________________ II-Story (As taken from the Manual) SKY PIRATES It's a strange world, covered by water as far as the eye can see. People are forced to eke out a living on tiny patches of land that rise above the sea. Among these toilers of the soil, explorers called Diggers hunt for treasure in ancient subterranean ruins. If they find it, they live in luxery forever and never again have to scratch a living from the barren land. A special class of Diggers have taken to the sky in fantastic ships, searching for treasure troves in the air. These are the Sky Pirates. The Bonne family, Teisel, Tron, Bon and their 40 Servbots, have set their sights on becoming the most famous Sky Pirates of all. In their aircraft Gesellschaft, they roam the world in search of treasure. But so far, fortune has eluded them. But now, they finally get a major break! They've found a map that shows the location of a legendary treasure. They power up Gesellschaft and set off on a fantastic adventure. Their destnation is the Desert of Nakkai in the Ryship Island. They head there in their new robot Gustaff, invented by none other then Tron Bonne herself. Will their fortune finally be made? Or do the Diggers have other ideas? ________________________________________________________________________ III-Cast Of Characters PART A ---The Players--- Tron Bonne- The eldest of the Bonne children, Tron is a mechanical genius. She is strong-minded, but can be gentle with her Servbots. She dreams of taking part in an important mission, but so far her brother Teisel has held her back. Teisel Bonne- The elder son and the head of the Bonne family, Teisel takes good care of his sister Tron and little brother Bon. He is an excellent Digger. He secretly borrowed money from the Loath family to develop his new airship, Gesellschaft. Now, without the family knowing it, he's having trouble making payments on his debt. Bon Bonne- In spite of his tall size and exceptional strength, Bon is still a baby. All he says is "Babu", but Tron, Teisel and the Servbots always understand what he means. I heard that the voice was changed from the orginal Japanese voice, why would you need to translate "babu"? I like the voice from MML personaly, but this is before so it would need to be younger sounding, I guess. Servbots- The 40 adorable Servbots are Tron's creation. They do everythin to support and care for the Bonne family, from housekeeping to fighting. They love Tron like a big sister, even though she keeps them in line with iron discipline. They are really cute, I want some Servbots too. Mr. Loath- Head of the Loath family, this black market financier has made a fortune using less then savory tactics. He has loaned money to a number of Diggers, including Teisel. The police would like to question Mr. Loath, if they could only find him. This is one UGLY perp. I mean he doesn't even look like he's Human. And the way he treats people is really cruel, how dare he ask for all that Zenny. Glyde- Second in command in the Loath family, Glyde takes care of collecting debts. He is known for his tough tactics, using his top notch skills as a robot pilot. Glyde, Mr. Loath, is also wanted by the authorites. He really stuck up, the perfect snob you might say. Bird Bots- The Loath family robots, similar to the Servbots but disloyal and double-dealing. Bird Bots gossip about Mr. Loath and Glyde behind their backs and goof off when no one is watching them. They look like birds, what else can be said about them besides their attitude. They have an annoying habit of saying "Squawk" all the time, it's a terrible sound like someone clearing their throat. Denise- A rookie policewoman, Denise a strong sense of right and wrong. She is very motivated, but sometimes makes mistakes due to inexperience. She has been tracking Tron, trying to arrest her for causing mischeif in town. I believe she and Tron are, or were, friends becuase they seem so friendly to each other. I feel sorry for her though, she reminds of Kiyone from Tenchi. A promising career always held back by many problems. ==================================================================== PART B ---The RPGers--- Dantz- This is the first person you'll meet in the caves of thge Shala-Kun Ruins. He is real friendly but kind of unreliable, but he means well. He joins the S.bots on their quest for the Aurora stones. He's an experienced Digger who will help you in the cave of the RPG Mission. He looks sort of like Ryu with Gray hair, he even sounds like Ryu from the Street Fighter V series (this is CAPCOM we're talking about, I wouldn't past them to use Characters from other games. I would too). Maude- This rather large woman is the next person you'll meet in the Shala-Kun Ruins. She may seem rude at first, but she can be nice once you get to know her. She's not all that bright in some respect, but she more then makes up for it in strength. She became a Digger to support her family. She reminds me Ma Kettle from the Ma and Pa Kettle movies. From the attitude right down to the voice. They both have younguns and both are hard-working. Uncle Digg- An enigmatic old Digger who leaves messages in caves for younger Diggers to find. He likes to help people, but doesn't make himself known until later in the Mission. He left a tip about something called "The Elixer of Youth" hidden deep within the Shala-Kun ruins. Talk about old, I wonder just how long he was down there. Poor Uncle Digg, No wonder he was so enigmatic. Perl- This pretty girl is Perl. She is also looking for the Aurora Stones. While she may seem cute and innocent on the outside, she actually quite cunning and much better than the previous Diggers. But that doesn't mean she's your enemy, it just means that she'll be more help than Dantz was. Oops... Guess I was wrong, oh well. She does have a funny habit of talking people into giving her their treasures, mind your Servbots carefully to keep them from giving her the Refractors. Zhag- This little boy is quite mysterious. He and his brother Zhig know an awful lot about these ruins. They are friendly and very helpful, but they have a habit of testing you for some unknown reason. Just what is a little boy doing in a dangerous ruin like this anyway? Like I said, they are mysterious and make you wonder how they can open those doors. Zhig- Zhag's brother. He and his twin Zhag are exploring the ruins. Or to be more precise, wandering around waiting for people to talk to. He seems to think that Russell is better than Uncle Digg. Hmmm... Why are they here? I would like to now more, and after talking to them a little, you will too. Roxette- This beautiful woman, with that sultry voice, is a bit of a mystery. Much like the twins, she doesn't seem like the type to go wandering around in dangerous ruins. Moreover, she seems to know Uncle Digg. What was she doing behind that cave-in? Why is she here? These are questions I wish I had answers to. She looks like Rose from Street Fighter Alpha, but with a tan like Mihoshi from Tenchi-Muyo. Tuttle- This weird, yet nicely dressed, fellow is found near the Underground Lake. Sure he's a little strange, but most diggers are. He seems to delite in riddles. While regarded by most as a freak or a lunatic, he is actually pretty observent. He was the one who realized that the lake was hiding a treasure, unfortunately he can't swim. Maybe he's just accident-prone.... Russell- This man wears the special armor that a few, more experienced Diggers wear. He is a very good Digger and looks upon Digg as a mentor. If you recall, Mega Man wasn't the only with that kind of armor. Even Teisel is wearing the Digger Armor, maybe that's what Bon Bonne is wearing. ==================================================================== PART C ---Tron's Robot Inventions--- Gustaff- Action/Adventure/Free Tron's masterpiece, Gustaff is powerful robot used in fighting missions.It can shoot with it's left hand and grab objects with it's right hand. Gustaff fires Beacon Bombs from it's head. Gustaff Tank- Puzzle The lower part of Gustaff's body can be replaced with a Tank assembly. Both appendages on the Tank are normal arems that can carry containers and other items, while it's head shoots Beacon Bombs. Finkel- RPG Tron developed Finkel to explore small dungeons where Gustaff is too big to enter. Finkel has a small camera and can fire beacon bombs. Using Finkel, Tron can command the Servbots from the airship, Gesellshaft. Servbot Borer- RPG Designed especially for the Servbots, this vehicle has a drill for digging holes while searching for treasure. ________________________________________________________________________ IV-Controller Ajustments (art by me, sorry it's not better) ____ || ____ / L \__||__/ R \ | _|_ _ _ []/\ | | | __[ ][ >__ X o| \__/ \__/ Now for those of you who, like me, have a controller like this I will now explain what the buttons do. Some can be changed, I will try to say which ones can be changed. L1- Rotates(turns) the view left/ Can be changed to left D button R1- Rotates(turns) the view right/ Can be changed to right D button L2- Lock-on in Manual Mode R2- Activates the Beacon Bomb Start- Opens the in-game menu Select- Toggles Radar Map on/off Up D Button- Moves Gustaff up Down D Button- Moves Gustaff down Left D Button- Moves Gustaff left/ Can be changed to L1 Right D Button- Moves Gustaff right/ Can be changed to R1 X Button- Jumps - confirms selection [] Button- puts down object (Puzzle Mission) - Shoot - Shows S.bots # in Gesellshaft /\ Button- Lift and throw objects - Canel selection o Button- Quickly turn while moving (Manual Mode only) - Get help on Gesellshaft ____ || ____ / L \__||__/ R \ | _|_ _ _ []/\ | | | __[ ][ >__ X o| \__/ (_) (_) \__/ Now Some of you might have ones that look like this. In that case Use the "Left Analog Stick", instead of the D buttons. ________________________________________________________________________ V-The Gesellschaft The Gesellschaft, yes that's the right spelling, is split up into six main rooms and ?? additional rooms that become available as the game progresses. Each room contains a number of Servbots, the ones in the other rooms will be listed as ????? and darkened on the list of Servbots in the menu. The additional rooms are ones that haven't been finished in case your wondering why they were not there to begin with. ==================================================================== Commands found in every room: Talk- Lets you talk to the S.bots in that room. Push O to see a S.bot Menu. Move- Lets you move to any of the rooms except H.Q. Go To H.Q.- Sends you back to H.Q. Not found in H.Q. Commands in the Servbot Menu: Give- Give a S.bot an item, giving a certain item to some S.bots reveals their hidden skill. Data- See the status ratings for the S.bot targeted. List- See the S.bot Master List. Won't be as finished as mine, because it only shows data you've found in the game. Name- Lets you give a Servbot a name, instead of a number. Can be changed infinite times. ==================================================================== ---The main six rooms are as follows: -H.Q. (Headquarters)- Make selections in H.Q. to control your game and characters. Commands specific to this room: Mission- Opens the mission select screen Scout- Lets you send S.bots to various areas in search of stuff System- You can change configurations and save using this -Lab- In the Lab you can assemble better parts for the Gustaff. Each part costs money to develop. As your Servbots in the Lab increase their Brain Rating, more parts and items become available to build. [See Section III for more detail on Gustaff's upgrades] Commands specific to this room: Develop- This lets you choose the items you want to make, cost Zenny though, to make stuff. -Cafe- Servbots gather here to kick back and relax. This room is for rest, relaxation, and of courses, eating. -Storage- If you want to have your items appraised, talk to the Servbot in charge (#14). Or better yet, choose Appraise from the Menu. You can also sell items for Zenny here. Commands specific to this room: Appraise- Lets #14 appraise itmes that you have (free), He also tells you how much they will sell for. Sell- This lets you choose what you want to sell, some things can't be sold. -Meeting Room (MTG ROOM)- This room is for Mission Planning and Mission Review meetings. It is used for administartive work when not in use. -Gym- Not much can be said here. You train Servbots to make them better at their jobs and on the field. If you win the mini-games, their ratings will go up. [See Section III, Servbot Upgrades, for more detail] Commands specific to this room: Train- Choose this to open the list of courses available. High Score- You can see your high scores for the Training room. ==================================================================== ---The "Hidden" rooms are as follows: -The Torture Room- Requires at least one Sloth Rating of 4 This room is used for punishing lazy Servbots. My, what a lovely room. Look at all those interesting items... For a good laugh, talk to #20. Commands specific to this room: Punish- Punish a Servbot for goofing off and lower his Sloth Rating. Fun. -Tron's Room- Requires 2 completed missions (or levels) Tron's bedroom. You can use this room to switch control with your favorite Servbot. This is one seriously nice room, I love that piano. The bed is huge and desing is excellent. Talk to # 17 to switch with your favorite S.bot, this will let you go on the Casino Mission. But it can only be done while Tron is resting. Also talk to #36 to listen to music once he learns his skill and gets some inspiration. -Deck- Requires 5 completed missions (or levels) This is where Servbots on lookout duty are assigned. Just what the doctor ordered, a nice breezy Deck. It makes me want an Airship of my own. Sunny, too. Talk to #25 for a little humor, if you wish. -Teisel's Room- Requires 11 completed missions (or levels) Teisel's room, lined with books from floor to ceiling. Looks a lot like it did in MML, I like the picture on the wall too. I like the 'bweeeeen' that #28's vacuum makes. -Engine Room- Requires 13 completed missions (or levels) Room from which the engine and other ship functions are managed and regulated. The one thing I hate about this room is that the three best Servbots are here. So you can't get them until nearly the end of the game, too bad they aren't Snipers. ***************************************************************** -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- <><><><><><><><><><>SECTION II: WALKTHROUGH<><><><><><><><><><><> Money Value: All values are approx. Small Purple Gems- 160z Medium Red Gems- 5000z Money Bags- 2000z Gold Statue- 5000z VI-Training Mission, Game Opening The mission you start is similar to one in the beginning of MML. It serves as a place to get used to Gustaff's controls. It also is a place to find some Zenny in the beginning. It's sometimes called the Beginner Mission too. Level Description- Teisel, in Gustaff, is look for the entrance to a ruin with a legendary treasure. Unfortunatly, it isn't there. But Bon finds a door that Teisel figures is the entrance, and sets off to find it as well as Bon and a few treasures. Apparently Teisel doesn't know how to pilot Gustaff either, so he'll occasionally ask Tron what something does. Don't worry, you'll both get the hang of quite fast. First move around using the D buttons (Left S. in in analog mode). Then go forward jump over the ledges using X and stop when you come to a small cave. Teisel mentions that you can send the Servbots into it to collect Zenny and stuff. So fire a B. Bomb into it using R2 and []. They run in, and out in a few seconds with some red crystals. These crystals are Zenny, the form of money used in the CAPCOM games, it's found in Breath of Fire 1-3 and Mega Man Legends. Now continue foward, Teisel will ask which way to go, use the R1 and L1 buttons (Left and Right if you switched) to see in different directions. Go right, jump over the next ledge and you'll come to a wall with a large crack in it. When you come across a Reaverbot (he'll say), you can lock on with L2 and fire with []. {Note:You can't move when locked onto a enemy yet} It's all pretty much explained in the course of the level. Just follow the path to the Sub-gate Oh, you can have the Servbots attack something by firing a B Bomb at an enemy, it's really funny to see them hanging onto it! ----Boss: Glyde, First Battle-------- He's not hard if you know the controls fairly well. Just fire a B. Bomb and then the Servbots will attack him, then fire some shots at hime when he breaks free. Lock-on to him ONLY when you lose sight of him, because you won't be able to dodge his beam weapon. He has two basic moves and one sneak attack. 1-He'll charge up and fire an orange ring that travels in a straight path. It can be avoided simply by dashing/running to the left or right. 2-He'll charge you. just keep moving and you should avoid him. 3-He'll stop and lean forward, then suddenly shoot two white beams from his arms. Usually does this if you attack him while the Servbots are fighting him. Hard to dodge as he doesn't always do it. After taking a lot of damage, he'll change into bird-like mech and fly around the screen. You can look on to him so be careful. If he hits you, he'll stop and land, letting you get soem free shots in. Once you succeed in defeating him, he be a sore loser and unleash his secret weapon. This of course is part of the story and can't be avoided. ==================================================================== From this point on, you'll do missions to earn money. The Missions have 3 difficulty settings. Also, After each mission you'll be taken back to the Gesellshaft unless told otherwise. Use this time to upgrade your Servbots and improve Gustaff's abilities. You should take the time to talk to all you Servbots, they may yeald itmes or useful information about themselves and the game. You don't have to finish them in this order, but it's best if you do. There are different types of missions: Action> In a certain area only, all else is blocked off. Usually a lot of cops and a fight at the end. Puzzle> No enemies, limited options and only 1 S.bot to help solve the puzzle with hints and tips. RPG> These missions are first-person, you direct the S.bots using Beacon Bombs and interact with various Diggers in a maze. Free> Casino> This mission is for your Favorite Servbot only, see Casino mission for more details. Also, if you take a Servbot that has NOT maxed his Brains Rating out, it will go up 1 point for each Mission you take it on. This is the only way to raise the Brain Rating without using a Brain Cube item. The missions will be outlined in the following way: Course Description- Includes Name, Type, difficulty and $ goal. Level Description- It's a level description and walkthrough. ________________________________________________________________________ VII-The First Mission, The Gold City Bank Heist This is your first actual mission following the training one. Well, technically that one was the first, but don't consider it so. This is a Action type mission, each level is based on the same bank heist. But with different variations to the plot and Boss. -Course Description- Bank Action 50000zenny Level 1 150000zenny Level 2 400000zenny Level 3 ==================================================================== PART A -Level Desciption- Level 1 Hmmm... Not to advise about, but here goes. You have 3 minutes. When you first start, fire a B. Bomb at the door of the "Bank". Then fire one into all the houses in the circle. Fire one in the house on the right of the Clinic for a cute scene inside with the S.bots inside the house (the TV is a good one, So much for no MM references), as well as six items. Each house contains a number of items, but only send them in once. The two Mailboxes can be B. Bombed for a Ring each. The lamps can be used to destroy the houses once they have been ransacked, attack the Clinic first because there is a statue inside. The people and animals are worth a few zenny, but aren't worth the time. The police will arrive at about 1:30, have the S.bots attack them for useful tires and Lights. If you don't have 50000z by the time the clock runs down, Denise will appear for a fight and a good laugh. I like to fight her because she is easy to beat and you can still collect things while you fight. ----Denise, First Fight---- She's not that hard if you know what to do. First run to the houses on the one side with the blockade. Denise won't even follow you, so take this time to ransack and attack the two lone homes. Destroy the red structure by the tunnel for a few zenny, shoot it, the S.bots will play on it if you send a B. Bomb. You can catch her easy to dodge bombs if you time your grabs, use them to destroy a nearby house that you missed or throw it at Denise. Unfortunately, she moves pretty fast on that bike of hers and you usually miss. Oh, don't stand in the center of the circle or she'll ram you. After the battle, they'll chat and then go back to the Gesellschaft for a Post-Mission Meeting. This is a list of the stuff I got in the 1st level, it's also my best score: 77300 Zenny, 13 tires, 4 lights, 2 rings,6 Fish, 4 Pork and 6 curry ====================================================================== PART B -Level Description- Level 2 No, it isn't like the last one. Theres no time limit and you will go to the bank. But it's still the same "bank" from the last mission, unfortunatly. Since there isn't a time limit, do a thurough job of ransacking the houses then destroying them for a few more Zenny. There are a lot more cops this time. First at the turn, some cop, cars and airships to deal with. Oh and I learned something new in this level, Trees. Yes, you can have the S.bots shake the trees for a sorts of goodies. [I want to take this time to explain that, yes, I'm using a GS. I think it's fun to not worry about the enemies and just have fun in the level. I you don't, then that's ok. I'll try to give some tips on the cops.] The cops themselves are quite easy to take out, 1 or 2 shots should do the trick. The Cars are also easy but more more damage; try sending the S.bots to steal the light, tires and whatever else the cars have to offer instead of firing at them. The Airships have an advantage over their comrades, they can't be attacked by the S.bots; plus they have spread their shots over an area and have good range. Try throwing something at them if possible, otherwise lock-on and hope you can dodge something in time if neccessary. A ways down the road you'll come across Riot Cops, these perps have shields and take a pounding before making tracks. I suggest you send the S.bots at them, they'll hurt them possiobly steal the shield the cop is carrying as well (good for development cost reduction). While your hear, send the S.bots into the bookshop for a Comic and Design Magazine, both will be very useful so don't sell. After the bridge collapses, send the S.bots to the truck to make a way across. Dodge, or send the S.bots after, the two Kamikaze cop cars ahead. After some fun with the Carrier, you'll finally make it to the bank. Only to be confronted by Denise again, but this time she brought some back-up, a bunch of regenerating Riot Cops. This'll be a good as far as I'm concerned. ----Denise, Second Fight---- Your first encounter with Denise was easy because she was out of it, she said so herself (late for work, overslept, etc.). This time she's ready for you, and she's got a ton of shields ready for the R. Cops she had tag along. Her special training paid off, don't let her touch you no matter what. Otherwise she'll throw you for a loop. The Cops are very persistent and keep coming back, but that doesn't mean you should blasting them when you can. If you have the S.bots attack her, she'll just swing them around, but you can get in a free shot while she does. If you fire at her of thrwo something, Denise will charge at you and do some good damage. If your fast enough (or powerful enough?) you can shoot her again before she can hit you. But then she'll charge again, so be ready to run. Contrary to what some may think, you can outrun her. But it's like a shoot and run for the hills if you hope to do it. You should know to use an E. Bottle if your energy is low, so I won't mention it again. Send the S.bots into the bank to get some Zenny, and knock it dwon to see the HUGE safe inside. Unfortunatly, you have to win before you can open it. After the battle, Denise will be real sad and Tron tries to cheer her up, see what I said about them being friends. Then they'll take all the gold back to the Gesellshcaft for the Post-Mission meeting. Like Level 2, this isn't timed. There will be lots of Riot Cops and Airships to tangle with though. In the first area, you'll encounter regenerating enemies and lots of little houses. Have the S.bots loot the houses and then leave, the longer your here the more damage you receive. Unless your using a GS or have LOTS of E.Bottles, I suggest you try to hurry through this area. When you reach the two Armored Cars, have the S.bots attack one and when the other on comes out run past. You shouldn't be hit. In this area, there is a Cop on a Minicopter. Also, there are several cannons here and there. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT GRAB THE BOMBS. You will get hurrled through the air. You should be able to Side-step the bombs as they fly at you. Stand facing the cannon and hold down the fire button, don't lock on or it won't work. You can jump and hit the Minicopter as well as detonate the bombs before they hit you. When you get to the two cannons, I hope you brought a few E.Bottles with you. Not only is it hard to take them down, the bloody Minicopter is buzzing you like a bee shouting "Surrender!" and "Give Up!". Gods, they're annoying. Be careful and use the Side-steping strategy, don't jump of the Minicopter will hit you head on. ----Denise, Third, and Hopefully Final, Battle---- This new robot that Denise is in may not scare Tron but it should scare you. It runs almost as fast as you and doesn't like to stop until it's hitting you with it's Lode Wrench. She doesn't even care if she destroys stuff; signs, trees, benches, everything is crushed by her big metalic feet. She also throws boxes, you can't catch them so don't try. My strategy is this: Run in a circle around her using the L1 or R1 buttons. She''l tryto hit you but you'll be ahead of every blow. Keep the fire button down and you'll score a lot of hits on her by getting her in the back. After the battle you'll see Tron being nice to her again. Poor Denise, I wonder just how bad the trouble she's in is. You take only 1 S.bot, take your smartest one as he can help you solve the puzzle more efficiently. Gustaff has limited range of power and capabilites in this mission, so be careful what you do. The Yellow crates infinite spaces. And the Blue Steel boxes cannot be moved, only moved to an empty spot to the left, right, north or south of the Gustaff. If you see an open boat house or something like that, send the S.bot in. Also, send him into the water for a Clam/fish and into the cave for some Zenny. Someone said the boat they're using looked Wily's boat from MML, but this one has white/yellow armor and is larger (not to mention, differently shaped). It is Wily's boat, just not from MML. Tron "borrowed" it from the Harbor. Apparently, it was transport the Harbor was using when they got there. I'm going to use a map just like the one in the game, but it might not look EXACTLY like it. For this Mission you'll be using Finkel, a minirobot that is equipped with a audio visual camera. You need to watch the Servbots closely, as they will be doing the actual work. It was really cute the way they got scared when Tron said she wasn't going with them. On this Dig you'll be looking for the Aurora Stones, but you'll need to interact with the other Diggers and help them when they ask for it. Now go up and into the small cavern, you'll find a Treasure Box. Unfortunately it's empty, but not all are that eary to find. Further ahead you'll see a Pendulam Trap and a hilarious scene with Dantz. After it's over aim the B.Bomb at the switch, but shoot just as it passes by. If you go down that LONG path you'll find 800z. Go back to the fork, and go the other way. Edge close enough to trigger the trap, but don't go a step further. Turn right and you'll see a switch, now back up a step to turn it off. B.Bomb the switch and they won't get a scratch, I wonder why. If you feel like being cruel, B. Bomb the Circle and activate the trap. It's mean I know, but it's funny too. Ram the barrel and get some Zenny, hit it with the Finkel until it breaks open. Go down the path on your right to get Key#1, go back up and take the other path for anothe barrel and Box#1. Inside Box#1 is an E.Bottle 1. Take that LONG path and talk to the large woman with the Pick-Ax. After that rather one-sided conversation, go down the path to the right of her. You'll see the boulders coming down, but don't fret. You can easily pass under the first 2 rows but stop just short of the third. Now send the S.bots under the third row just as the rocks hit, it may take a few tries. After you get the key, go back and talk to Maude some more. Now go up that other path to find Box#2, it contains a Room Key that you'll need later. Go back up and take the path to the Small room containing 2 barrels and message left by Uncle Digg. You will get a Blue Crystal after you look at the message (See Uncle Digg's Tips for complete message). Back on the path you'll see two spinning Reaverbots, come within a few feet and use the B. Bomb or they will attack when you head for the tunnel. It may take several attacks. As you progress down this Sub-Gateish tunnel, you'll be caught in an electrical interferance trap. You can move, but you can still fire a B.Bomb at the Switch. You'll need that Room Key you picked up earlier to open the door. Inside is.... Huh? Who are you? Perl, did you say an Aurora Stone is inside there? Well lets get going.... Wow! Look at the size of that Reaverbot, Dantz wasn't kidding. But don't worry, it isn't as bad as it seems. See those Fire Traps? Lure him over and have the S.bots activate them. It will take a few tries, if you have Bomb throwing S.Bots use them too. ----Reaverboss 1, Think Mega Man Legends Opening---- This Reavorbot is exactly like the one from the beginning of Mega Man Legends, except that it has a Beam it shoots from it's eye. Use a combination of strafing and turning to reach a Fire trap while keeping an eye on th Reaverbot. As soon as he startes to charge his beam, strafe to the left or right and activate the trap. Move as fast as you can away from the trap once they are heading for it so you don't get blasted too. 4 or 5 blasts should take him down. After the battle, you'll get the first Aurora stone. And the Servbots practically give to Perl! At least she tried..... You should have the following: 30800zenny, Blue Aurora Stone, 1 E.Bottle and a Blue Crystal ====================================================================== PART B -Level Description- Level 2 You'll be goi back to the Ruins again. Then go up and meet Uncle Digg! He reminds me of Loath for some reason, but he probably isn't. Dantz and Perl need some help, and Perl shows that she's a master at fooling people. Go up the tunnel, get the Zenny and Drill the wall. The switch is in the back, but get the Card Key#1 and the Zenny Jar first. After pressing the switch go and see what you did, at least Perl felt sorry for him. Before hoing into the northern tunnel, stop and talk to Russell. After your done, go up and engage the two Bird Bots. These guys are a little harder than the last on, mainly because there are two this time. Have the S.bots attack them and try to avoid the bombs they lob. Once that's over go and collect the E.Bottle 3 from Box#1. Now go back to where Russell was and drill through the wall. Go all the way up to the Aurora Fountain that Russell mentioned earlier, then go back and drill the wall. Target the door and the S.bots will crawl under it. Enter the south tunnel and take out the Reaverbot swarm, the chest is locked so come back later. The hole in the wall contains 20000z. When you get to the twin Pendulam Traps, strafe to the left or right and target the switch just as the first one goes by. Drill through this wall but not the next, instead go and see Russell at the Chasm. Target the Slide Bar and a Servbot will swing across to the other side and press the switch. Uh-oh, here comes trouble. Sigh, and after we did all that work to disarm the trap. Oh well, it was to be expected. Now that you wasted your time there, go back and drill the west wall. Now that you have Key#2, go get the E.Bottle 3 from Box#2. Return to the crossroads and take the east path to where the Gate would have been. Take the path south and get Key#3, then look at the Skeleton and Uncle Digg's third tip. Could that skeleton be Uncle Digg??? No of course not... right? The wall here is to hard, come back when you find the Hyper Drill. Talk to Maude then do what she says and drill the wall. Take care of the swarm, then get the Hyper Drill from Box#3 and drill the wall next to Maude for a Aurora Fountain if you need it. Go back to the South wall and use the Hyper Drill. You've found the Elixer of Youth, poor Digg. Go back to the Gate near Maude. Open the gate by having the S.bots turn the wheel, then drill the wall. Inside, you'll find very frantic Dantz. Offer to help him then go inside, fight these Bird Bots the way you did the others. Just when you think something bad is going to happen, brave Dantz saves the day. See, I told you he was a good person. He really cares about Perl, another happy couple is brought together. Hurray! Lucky Dantz.... Now that this is settled Perl gives you the Room Key. Talk to a proud Russell and move on to meet Tuttle again. Now, you might actually want to run the Gauntlet of Terror like he did, but not as badly. Approach the edge of the Pendulam Trap and target the switch. Now I don't really know how to get past this next hazard. I rushed it, got past it with major damage, hit the switch and went to the Aurora Fountain near Maude. But feel free to do another way if you think it's easier. You'll see poor Tuttle again, too bad he didn't have the room key. He does try, you have to give him that. The size of the room on my map made me realize that Russell was right about it being a BIG boss. ----Reaverboss 2, Think Gamera---- Thins gigantic Fire Hazard is a real piece of work. Not only does move almost as fast as Finkel, he gets harder to hit as you run out of targets. First, Target the openings in the Boss's lower portion, then run like heck! He'll start to follow you then stop, but you better no because he's getting ready to ram you. So keep moving, all I can say is keep trying, I had LOTS of E.bottles just for such an occasion. When it's over you'll get the Last Aurora Stone worth 500000z, even Russell joins in the celebration.After the Battle you should have the following: 120000z, Red Aurora Stone, 2 E.bottle 3's and a Hyper Drill. ________________________________________________________________________ X-The Fourth Mission, The Nakkai Desert Sub-Gate This is a free mission, why they call it that I don't know. This is more likely an adventure mission, not unlike the Mega Man Legends game. In this Mission you'll be going after "Diana's Tear", just like Teisel and Bon were going to do. But this time it's just you and the S.bots, no back-up of any kind. As there is no fixed amount of Zenny that you are trying to earn, you can come and go in this mission at your leisure. I will try to supply maps, but do to the size of this Mission, it will be tough. -Course Description- Ruins Free ------z ====================================================================== -Level Description- At the start of this Mission, you'll dropped off at the entrance to the Nakkai Sub-Gate. The same one Teisel fought Glyde at in the beginning of the game. If you need to leave go and stand under the Drache. I will map this in Sectors, the part where the next part loads is where it will end. If you need that part, go to the Sector number. Boomerang Reaverbots- These orange boomerang-like Reaverbots are similar to the Bird Reaverbots, but they take more damage before exploding. Behind the door are three of the tube-like Reaverbots you fought in the opening, so be preparred. Once they're taken care of head fowards and go down that LONG passage on the right to the dead end. In the hole is some Zenny, the large crack in the far wall can't be opened yet so go back to the main room. In the room on the Left, you'll find a powered-up version of the Tube Reaverbot. The next chamber contains some Bird Reaverbots, simply lock-on and shoot. Get the Zenny from the hole and go into the next room.There two Tube Reaver and one Powered-up Tube, the chest contains a Brain Cube. Inside is a Sandworm Reaverbot, you'll see why it's called a sandworm when you fight it. Just follow my advice in the enemy guide by the Legend. The next room contains a Treasure box with the Fireworks Part for the Development Team in the Lab. In the chamber adjacent of the Sandworm, you'll find Bird Reaverbots and a Brain Cube. In the one next to that, you fight four Tube Reaverbots. They are Normal Class, there's also some Zenny in the hole. They sometimes run beside you and try to bite the Gustaff. In the mext area, there some more Bird Reaverbots and a large sand pool, the Servbots will slide down it if you target it. The crack holds a secret, but you'll have to come back later. Afterwards in the next room, you'll encounter Boomerang Reaverbots. Just lock and load, they should bounce of your fire power. Before going into the next room make sure your preparred. The biggest, most well-defended Reavrebot you've ever faced inside. Apparently, someone thinks size does matter, see the Strategy below. ----Reaverboss 3, That's.... big---- All things considered, it's actually pretty easy. The only thing you have to worry about, are the infinite Reaverbots that it releases. Other than that, stay a couple of feet away and tape down the fire button. If some of the small ones come out of the pool, take them out and have the S.bots attack the Mother Reaverbot. When it's over, hunt down the remaining drones and go through the door to collect your prize: a Pipe for making the much-needed Bazooka. As there is nowhere for you to go, retreat to the Drache and head back to the Gesellschaft to build the weaponry now available to you. Also, it would be advisable to stock up on E.Bottles for the coming battle. When your done, rejoin us in Sector 3. ----Later, in Sector 3---- Welcome back! Now that you have a shiny new Bazooka, blow away that wall in the small Sand Pool room. Next is a room with two Sandworm Reaverbots, as you do have a Bazooka it should be easy. The final room contains four of the large Tube+ Reaverbots, the Bazooka should take care of them though. The Treasure Box has a whopping 50000z inside, now turn around and head for the other crack leading to a large water fall. North goes to Sector 4 and East leads to Sector 5. Head North to Sector 4. It has recently come to my attention that there was a second chest in the last room besides that 50000z one. If you look up you'll see a chest above the first one. It's so obvious that it is quite often over-looked, even by me. There are some Boomerang Reaverbots in this room, take care of them. The Mother of all Boomerang Reaverbots is back for a 2nd round. Fortunately you have a Bazooka this time, This is one VERY easy fight. Pass the pool is a door with three Reaverbot eyes. Beyond this is the Boss of the Ruins, Chibe-Dagahra. ----Reaverboss 4, Chibe-Dagahra---- OK, so maybe it doesn't look anything Dagahra. But it does remind me of him, the head anyway. This boss, despite it's overwhelming size, is very easy. Simply send the S.bots at the face and fire when it's open. Should the little machines jump up, shoot them. If the claws release those green eye things, jump on the hands and fire away. When the mouth is open, hold down the fire button. It shouldn't take long, but don't forget to use an E.Bottle when neccessary. After the battle, you'll get "Diana'a Tear". This baby is worth a eye-popping 1 million Zenny. Wish I had one of these.... It's a darn shame you don't get to keep the Million. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::Intermission::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Man that Lex Loath is one ugly perp. And now he wants 2,000,000 Zenny! What a double-crosser that jerk is, and Glyde's no different. How dare he treat a girl like that, why I otta.... Ahem. Shouldn't talk like tha though, could cause problems if you know what I mean. So now we need to find another two Million Zenny, but we did all the missions didn't we? What? Hey! The Servbots found some fun new stuff for us to steal, aren't they so kind..... Let's see: First, talk to #16 for a Handkerchief and give it to #35. Next, Give the Rusted Tank to #30, the Memento to #35 and the Old Instrument to #36. I think that's it on the Servbot stuff.... On to the new Missions. _______________________________________________________________________ XI-The Fifth Mission, Cattle-Rustling at Sart Farm "Old McSart had a farm, E I E I O. And on this farm Tron was stealing the animals, E I E I O...." This is another action mission, it is a bit on the difficult side too. Tron is after the Livestock at Sart Farm. Bird Bots are here as well to make the job that much harder, what troublemakers. As if that wasn't bad enough, you have to make sure your ill-gotten goods don't get destroyed. Sorry about the song, I just couldn't resist the urge. Mr. Loath owns part of the Farm, that makes this whole thing more worth the trouble. You'll want to use the Bazooka for this mission, it makes the task of destroying things much easier. Make a note to read the Briefing at the Mission planning session, the Servbots always say hilarious stuff. Be careful not to hit the truck when fighting. -Course Description- Farm Action 150000zenny Level 1 400000zenny Level 2 800000zenny Level 3 ====================================================================== Part A -Level Description- Level 1 "Wow, farm animals! We can make cheese, yogurt, eggs and bacon!" Your going after the Pigs, but that doesn't mean you can't get anything else along the way. When you first start, raid the houses and shake the trees. Then get the two Pigs, if you get too close they'll run away. Afterwards, go to the gate to reach the next section. In this section, raid the house and tress like before. But be careful because Loath's Birdbots will be wandering around trying to find you. If they see you they'll try to run you over, lock-on with the Bonne Bazooka when you see or hear them nearby. When you destroy their Mechas they run around, have the S.bots take them for money. There are Rabbits in this area for you to grab as well. The Pigs are near the House, the far gate and by the wall opposite the house. Once you get all of them three Pink Bird Mechas will show up. ----Pink Bird Mechas, ...Pink?---- This battle is so easy it really isn't worth telling, but I'll do it for those who might have trouble (or those who like to read). The three mechas will not land, they'll fly around and try to gun you down. Use the Lock-on to find them and fire your weapon. The shots don't really hurt much but you might want to have an E. Bottle ready, just in case. After the battle, you'll be taken back to the Gesellschaft for the Post Mission Report. The Pigs are worth 150000z and the other stuff can be sold afterwards. I managed 45 Birdbots. How many can you get? You should get Teisel's Room after this Level. ====================================================================== Part 2 -Level Description- Level 2 "Yay! Cows! We can get milk and make yogurt! Or ice cream!" This time you'll be going after Cows, don't shoot them or they'll attack you. You know the drill, raid the houses and shake the tress. Then move on to the next section, the truck will be waiting there. There aren't any Cows here either, but take a few minutes and get a few Birdbots. They are worth 500z each, and their numbers are endless. When your done, head for the far gate and your first real challenge. You'll see two Cows in the fenced in area, take note of the metal eggs. If you try to take a Cow, the eggs will attack the S.bots. They are incredibly fast, and will run you down if your in the way. Try to get a Cow near the gate and get behind it, so it faces the exit. Stand a ways back and hold down the Lock-on button, then shoot a B.Bomb. at the Cow. Quickly turn and fire at the eggs, they will blow up when they move. Beware, they will be back in a few seconds, so keep facing the wall and hold down the Fire button. It takes practice, so be patient. After you get the Cows, go out the gate on the left of the one you came through. If the Barn is still there, send the S.bots inside, or do it before you take the Cows. This area is not as hard, but still tricky. Thankfully the eggs aren't here, but there are a few Mechas and an Angry Farmer. Check the house and vape a few Mechas. Then grab the Cows, but watch out for the Farmer. He'll stay by the truck and attack the Servbots when they get near, shoot him to knock him down for a few minutes. When you get the Cows, four in all here, you'll fight a Long Legged Mecha. ----Ostrich Mecha, How... original---- What an odd contraption, looks like an Ostrich or a Road Runner. Be mindful of this foe, he'll try to go for the truck. If you have the Bazooka, you'll make very short work of him. Otherwise keep away from the truck and hope he follows you, Servbots with Skills like Bazooka, Grenade and Slingshot are useful. Use caution when shooting him or you might damage the truck. When your done with him, you'll head for the Gesellschaft. Six Cows are worth a princely sum of 400,000zenny. ====================================================================== Part C -Level Description- Level 3 "Horses can not be Astronaughts..." This is one hard level, you have to contend with: Speeding Horses, Ultra Fast Eggs, Irate Farmers and Endless Bird Mechas. As if that wasn't enough, you have to help in the capture of the Horses or the Servbots can't catch them. I wonder how the Japanese Gamers did it... When you start off, raid the houses and shake the trees. Destroy the Bird mechas, but don't bother with the Birdbots themselves. In the area after the first gate you'll find two Horses. Not only are they fast, but you have to deal with the Mechas as well as coral the horses. Luckily, you can hit the horses to stop them and they won't attack you. Try to herd them to the truck before you try and grab them. In the next area, the Eggs are at the exit. So raid the house first, then demolish it. Chase the Horses towards the gate you came from to trap it. The Mechas usually don't go near there, but they do occasionally come near it. I can't say much about the Eggs, just try keep them away or destroy them. You don't have to worry about hitting the truck, but it will be hit later.... Once you've done that head for the gate on the right of the gate you came from. I admit it, I had to cheat on this one. The Farmer will constently attack your truck, which makes getting the items in the houses a real chore. I had a GS code that made the truck invincible, but I lost it and can't seem to find it again.... If you go all the way to the Black Horse, you'll see a house past a fence. You can jump over the fence to get to a bunch of houses and items, unfortunately the Farmer will be attacking the truck the whole time. It's kind of embarressing that I had to cheat to get all the stuff, but it was worth it. When your ready, start after the Horses. All I can say is that you need to keep chasing them, but make sure the Farmer isn't rampaging when they catch it. If and when you get the last horse, the the Ostrich Mecha will show up again. ----Ostrich and Company, The gangs all here---- The Ostrich Mecha is back, but this time he brought his buddies. Not only will you have to deal with him, you'll also have to contend with a few Pink Bird Mechas and a Metal Egg. If you have the Bazooka, and you should, this is an easy battle. If not, then good luck. First, deal with the Ostrich because it's the fastest. Then shoot down the Pink Mechas, use the Lock-on to find and see them. Finally, you'll be run down by the Egg. Lock-on and Fire. When that's over, you'll head back to the Gesellschaft. The Horses got you the exorbant fee of 840,000 zenny. You should get the Engine Room after this is over. _______________________________________________________________________ XII-The Sixth Mission, Problems At Primiki Harbor This time you'll be hijacking cargo from Primiki Harbor on the western peninsula of the island. The amount of times the Gustaff can lift crates varies in each round, but don't worry too much. You have some help from the Servbot, make sure he's at Brains 4. The Forklift and the Crane are invaluable assets, but they have their limitations. Being that you earn so much, the challenge is that much more also. Fortunately I made more maps to help guide you, some are quite large. Read the Steps carefulloy or you'll get stuck, there is usually around 10 or 13 Steps. -Course Description- Containers II Puzzle 150000zenny Level 1 400000zenny Level 2 800000zenny Level 3 ====================================================================== Part A -Level Description- Level 1 This Level consists of mainly the Forklift and maybe a conveyor belt or two. Your going after Red Melon crates (ironic, isn't it?) and Green Apple crates. You don't have to worry about moving the crates themselves because the Servbot in the Forklift will get them, but you do need to make a clear path for him. The trick to doing this is to hold a wood or steel crate and B.Bomb the one you want to get. Mission, The Bird Bot Casino This Mission is a little different from the previous ones in that you will be controlling your Favorite Servbot. To access this Mission, you need a favorite Servbot and Tron's Room. Talk to #17 and he will ask Tron if she wishes to rest for a while. If you say yes your Favorite S.bot will take charge and decide to go a mission to get some money. But the only mission available is a Casino. Also, this doesn't count as an actual mission since you really don't complete it, you just leave and come back later. You can access this "mission" anytime after Tron's Room is built, but you need a Favorite Servbot. -Course Description- Casino Casino ------z ====================================================================== -Level Desciption- You'll have a rather friendly run in with one of Mr. Loath's Bird Bots. But don't worry, a customer is a customer in his book. This taking place in Casino Town Nukky. The first game you're allowed to play is bingo, in this game you bet money and the sooner your card wins the more Zenny you get. There isn't much one can say about this mission except that you had better save your game before trying it out. I havn't won once, and I've tried about 30 times. The layout is pretty simple though: You start with 9700z. You choose one of three Bingo Cards, and a bet of 500z, 1000z, or 1500z. Then you pull the lever and hope that you get a bingo within 12 turns. The scoring is as follows: you get more money the quicker you get bingo. 2 turns- x500 3 turns- x250 4 turns- x100 5 turns- x64 6 turns- x32 7 turns- x24 8 turns- x16 9 turns- x8 10 turns- x6 11 turns- x4 12 turns- x2 Like I said, there isn't much advise I can give. It's all in the luck of the draw. I suggest trying it at least once to see what it's like. It includes prices, effectiveness, and descriptions. The Servbot Ratings come into play with the Gustaff as well. The pilot Servbot should always be a Sniper, that will the Gustaff more powerful in battle. Non-Snipers won't be as effective; also, if your Favorite Servbot is the pilot he will appear in the pause menu during Action/Adventure missions. Attack- The higher it is, the more powerful (and bigger) the shots from the Gustaff will be. Speed- With a higher speed, your rate of fire will also be faster. Brain- The better the Brain rating, the more likely your shots will follow the target. PART A ---The Gesellschaft Lab--- The Lab is where you can find all of the Parts for the Gustaff that haven't been made yet. There quite a few in the beginning, but it will be impossible for you to build them without a Game Shark. They all cost between 50000 and 100000 Zenny, just get a couple of Energy Bottles to start off. As you build certain parts, the Lab S.bots will develop skills. And now you can upgrade them and make them overall more useful. The various information about the options you have, stats, skills, etc. are in this part. There are 40 Servbots in all. Some have special skills that can be developed. There are Combat, Science and individual skills that the Servebots can do and learn. You'll soon learn that each one is different in their own way. First I'll talk about the Servbots themselves. The stats are beginner stats and can be changed by training the S.bots. The highest a stat can go is 4, but some will never go that high because of their skill. A scientist probably won't have more than 1 or 2 Attack but will max out his Brain stat. Attack Rating- Determins how much damage they do in battle. The higher the rating, the more damage they do. Speed Rating- Affects how fast the run in a mission. A high rating ensures that they will be real fast. Brains Rating- Affects how smart they are. Pretty simple, the smarter they are the more effective they'll be on the Gesellschaft. Often, they will also pick money without bring told. Sloth Rating- This is the one rating you want low or even gone if possible. The higher it is, the more they'll goof off and ingore their work. The Torture Room was designed for this reason. I'll find it out as the game progresses. ====================================================================== PART B ---The Gesellschaft Gym--- This is where you will find all the Servbot Training rooms. There are several training course found in the gym on Gesellshaft. each one offers different challenges and boosts a different stat. Talk to #38, the one with the stick, to open new ones. Now, from what I understand, the challenge is a little different from the Japanese version of this game. Mainly in points and speed. You can open new courses by talking to #38, the S.bot with the Wooden Katana. Talk to him after the Beginner Mission to unlock course 1, which builds their Attack Rating. He has a "Super Servbot Power-Up Plan", which tells how many S.bots you can train. --The Super Servbot Power-Up Plan: by S.bot #38-- Servbots 1 through 8- After Beginner Mission All Servbots- After Intermission ====================================================================== PART C Course 1-Attack Boost- This game is kinda like dodgeball. You catch the ball and throw it at the targets. If you see the roving S.bot put up a Bazooka, get it. It will last about 2 seconds, but it will hit everything in its path. If you see curry pick it up and eat it to stop the timer for a few seconds. The Curry is random, as far as I can tell there is no pattern to it's appearence. Someon said it appears when the Bazooka do, but that isn't always the case, sometimes it appears at the the very beginning of the round. Controls: /\- Catch/Pick-up the balls and Curry []- Catch/Pick-up the balls and Curry X- Jump O- Eat the Curry Passing Scores: Level 1-1: 15 easy Level 1-2: 20 easy Level 1-3: 25 easy Level 2-1: 30 medium Level 2-2: 35 medium Level 2-3: 40 Hard Level 3-1: 43 Very Hard Level 3-2: 46 Extremely hard Level 3-3: 50 Japanese gamers can do it Target points: Nurse- 2 points Glyde- 2 points Big mouth guy- 2 points Policeman- 1 point Old man- 1 point Guy w/ beard- 1 point Little kid- 1 point Guy in blue- 1 point Woman in purple- 1 point Bazooka- 1 point The scoring is very simple; you hit the target and you get points depending on the target you hit. If you hit a 2 and a 1 at the same time you get 3 points, two 2's and you get 4 points. Grab the ball in Mid-air by pushing the catch button several times as the ball comes at you, it's easy once you get used to it. Oh and don't hit the Curry with the Bazooka by accident, a very bad thing to do. ====================================================================== PART D Course 2-Speed Boost- (Requires 3 complete missions) The Burger Time game comes to mind when I play this for some reason, even though this doesn't play like it. In this "minigame", you have to give all the hungry S.bots their orders in 36 seconds. It gets harder each time. Why? Because while the number of S.bots goes up, the time limit doesn't. The contols are quite simple, but remembering the sequences takes practice. Not a whole lot of advice to give but there are a few things that might help. First, memorize the controls so you can respond the instant you here the order (or see it, as the case may be). Second, play it many times in a row, you'd be surprised how fast you can do it. My best time is 00:35:67 with 38 Servbots. That's without cheating by the way. Basically, you make a certain Servbot your favorite and he'll get all kinds of neat bonuses. But there is also some other stuff involved in it that I'll also go into. First get the item "Red Head Parts" from #9 after The First Mission. If you give it to a Servbot he will get an increase in the max level of one of his stats. I think it's random but it might be Servbot specific. I mean, each Servbot gets a boost depending on a preset, unknown factor. That is what I believe. When you give it to them the grey tip on their head turns red. These Servbots are #35(Painting) and #36(Piano Playing). Both skills are useful in that they change certain aspects of the game. The Painting Skill changes the color schemes of the Gustaff, while the Piano Playing Skill changes PART A ---Gustaff Paint Jobs--- If you talk to #2 after your first complete mission, he'll give you a Paint Set. Now give them to #35 and his skill paint will be revealed. Whenever you talk to him now, he'll offer to change the way Gustaff is painted. Some are cool, some not, while others will seem familiar. Various items inspire different paint jobs. Bon Parts from #13 after 5 missions Memento found in the Nakkai ruins Sector 5b Handkerchief from #16 after getting 1 million Zenny Normal Look- Normal colors Heroic Look- Blue.... If you send 3 S.bots on a Scouting Mission before each Mission attempt, you stand a chance of finding the item "Shell". When you do find it give it to #36 and he'll ask you to give him things that would inspire a song. You have to give him things before he'll write a song though. The music replaces the normal Gesellschaft music that you hear on the following rooms: H.Q. Lab Storage Cafe Meeting Room Deck Teisel's Room Original- Normal "BGM" (Background Music) Old Instrument- "Ancient Ruins" Loader Parts- "Police Lady" _______________________________________________________________________ XVIII-The Torture Room I'm sure all of you enjoy being mean to those cute, adorable little robots. But it does have consequences, or so it seems. I'll go into more detail as I play the game. Right. There are no consequences. So make a extra save, that way you can have as much fun with them as you wish. The only problem is that you can only torture S.bots that have a Sloth Rating of 4. Here are the controls: []- Spikes O- Fire Trap X- Weight ________________ | ---> O | |[] __________ | | |__________| | | X <--- | |________________| You have 30 seconds to reduce the Green Bar to nothing. If you can do this the Sloth Rating will return to 1. This very easy, just work on your timing. As he runs the gauntlet, trigger the traps one by one. The hardest one to do is the Weight, as it's got to land on him. If you do it too soon he'll run into it for a little damage, but if you smash him you'll get even more. You have to empty the green bar or it won't work and he'll say that you were trying to kill him, but at least you get to do it again. Also, the Fire Trap is actually harder than the Weight.
