RPGClassics Chrono Cross Shrine

The sequel to Chrono Trigger looks into the consequences of CT’s time travelling. Due to the events in that game, time has been distorted and reality was split. The battle system is also completely different; you only gain levels after a story battle, and some minor stat increases after a regular battle. You attack with a characters specific element, which is set on a special grid, which increases after gaining levels. One of the most innovative things is the large cast of characters; you can recruit more than 40. You can’t get them all on one playtrough, so this adds a lot to the replay value.
