RPGClassics Final Fantasy II Shrine

Final Fantasy II was a game that tried something different. The level up system was thrown out, and replaced by something new. Now you gained stats by getting hurt in battle or by attacking with weapons or spells. You had many different weapons that got stronger by attacking in battle. Magic is being bought at shops and is levelled up by using a spell a 100 times. It was also the first Final Fantasy that had a real storyline; although it’s cliché, saving the world from an evil empire, it was a start. Graphically, things haven’t really changed, and it looked a lot like Final Fantasy I.

Released in North-America and Europe as a part of Final Fantasy Origins.
